Crystal Palace Reject Man United £50m bid for Wan-Bissaka

Crystal Palace have Rejected Man United worth up to £50m bid for Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

The Red Devils have been linked with the right-back for a number of weeks as they plan a rebuild of their defence, and much of the first team squad.

It was reported last week that United had submitted an initial bid of £40m for Wan-Bissaka, which was also rejected.

It is understood the bid was worth an initial £35m, with additional payment of £15m.

Palace are thought to be open to the same total fee, £50m, but in one lump sum, rather than paid over time.

Although Wan-Bissaka favours a move to Old Trafford, he has not put in a transfer request or agitated for the switch.

Palace are under no pressure to sell the 21-year-old, who featured 39 times in all competitions last season as the Eagles finished in 12th place.

Wan-Bissaka has three years remaining on his contract at Selhurst Park.

United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen to bring in a right-back this summer following the departure of club captain Antonio Valencia.
